Special Cases

Medical emergencies, job loss, or other significant life changes will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

  • You must have accessed less than 25% of the course materials or program content

  • Digital downloads and completed assessments may affect refund eligibility

We've streamlined our refund process to make it as straightforward as possible. Here's exactly what happens when you request a refund:

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing may take additional time.

Important Processing Information

Refunds are processed to the original payment method only. Credit card refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days, while PayPal refunds are usually instant. Bank transfers may take up to 10 business days depending on your financial institution.

Non-Refundable Items

While we strive to be flexible, certain items and services cannot be refunded due to their nature or our agreements with third-party providers.

  • One-on-one coaching sessions that have been completed or were missed without 24-hour notice
  • Digital certificates and credentials that have been issued and verified
  • Access to exclusive webinars or live events that have already occurred
  • Third-party software licenses or tools provided as part of premium packages
  • Programs purchased during special promotions may have modified refund terms

Partial Refunds

Sometimes a full refund isn't appropriate, but we can still help. Partial refunds are calculated based on several factors and are designed to be fair to both you and corvinalothre.

We calculate partial refunds by considering your progress through the program, the time elapsed since enrollment, and any completed components like assessments or live sessions. Generally, if you've completed 25-50% of a program, you may be eligible for a 50% refund. Programs with 50-75% completion may qualify for a 25% refund.

Keep in mind that some programs include components that can't be "returned" – like personalized feedback, completed mentoring sessions, or access to time-sensitive market analysis. These factors are considered when calculating any partial refund amount.

Payment Method Considerations

Different payment methods have varying processing times and procedures for refunds. Here's what you can expect based on how you paid:

  • Credit Cards: Refunds appear as credits on your next statement or within 3-5 business days if mid-cycle
  • Debit Cards: Processing time varies by bank but typically takes 5-7 business days
  • PayPal: Refunds are usually immediate and appear in your PayPal balance
  • Bank Transfers: Direct refunds to your bank account take 7-10 business days
  • Installment Plans: Refunds for payment plans may require stopping future charges and refunding completed payments

Special Circumstances

Life happens, and we understand that sometimes extraordinary circumstances require flexibility beyond our standard policy. We review each situation individually and may make exceptions for:

Medical emergencies that prevent you from completing your studies, unexpected job loss that creates financial hardship, or family situations that require your immediate and extended attention. Military deployment or relocation orders are also considered special circumstances.
